How to Change User Hours in RingCentral for Users

User hours are useful when your users have varied availability and require separate call handling settings. This article provides information on how to change your user hours in your RingCentral online account if your a user with standard user rights.

Log Into RingCentral

Open your web browser and go to the RingCentral Portal. Make sure to log in as a user with standard user role.

Navigate to After Hours Settings

If the following screen pops up click on “Custom hours” to bring up the day/time options.

Edit Day or Hours and Click Save
