User hours are useful when your users have varied availability and require separate call handling settings. This article provides information on how to change a user’s hours in your RingCentral online account if you have admin rights.
Log Into RingCentral
Open your web browser and go to the RingCentral Portal. Make sure to log in as a user with super admin role.
Navigate to Users Menu
Once logged in, navigate to Users on the top menu and click.
Navigate to the User Being Updated
Find the user you’d like to update and click on it. In the example below we’re updating the Wireless Phone user.
Click on “User Details” to Expand the Section
Click on “Settings & Permissions”
Click the “Edit” Button to Edit User Hours
Edit Day or Hours and Click Save
Note, you will only see the weekday schedule if you have “Custom hours” checked.
